Is there an upfront deposit or registration fee?

Yes, Season Two requires a registration fee and a refundable fixed deposit for each stay option. The deposit is returned upon vacating the accommodation, in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

The monthly rent at Season Two Senior Living covers accommodation, daily meals, medication management, daily vital checkups, weekly doctor visits, housekeeping, laundry, and 24/7 emergency medical support. Residents also enjoy access to wellness programs and recreational activities, ensuring a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.

Where are Season Two’s communities located?

As of now, Season Two operates four senior living communities- one located in Kakkanad, Ernakulam, and three others in Trivandrum, situated in Pattom, Pettah, and Peroorkada.

Is there any age limit to live in Season Two?

Season Two warmly welcomes older adults, with no strict upper age limit. While there’s no formal minimum, our offerings are tailored primarily for those around 55 years and above, which aligns with the general standard for senior living.

Can couples stay together?

Yes, couples can stay together at Season Two Senior Living. You can share an apartment, ranging from studios to three-bedroom units, and enjoy the community lifestyle side-by-side.

Are pets allowed?

Season Two does not permit pets on a general basis to ensure comfort, safety, and hygiene within the community.

Is the home nursing service available outside Kerala?

Yes, but it completely depends on the availability of our healthcare staff in the requested location. We recommend contacting our team in advance to check service feasibility in your area.

Are caregivers and staff background-verified?

Yes, all caregivers and staff at Season Two undergo thorough background verification before joining. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our residents by ensuring that every team member is properly vetted, trained, and qualified to provide compassionate and reliable care.

How far in advance should appointments be made for each service?

For physiotherapy and Ayurveda, it's best to book 24–48 hours in advance. For other services, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure availability. However, for urgent needs or special requests, our team will do their best to ensure you receive the service you need promptly.
